本項目位于工業廠區,為其中一棟不起眼的RC工業廠房。此次設計為改造提升,透過空間重塑,讓老舊工業廠房蛻變成高端展銷共學中心,用于招待最優秀的藝術家、設計師、工業技術人員與手工匠師等人群共同參與和互動,而作為結合展示、共享及教育的共學場域,需營造高效率的工作環境及創造全方位的效果展示。
定位為曼好家企業總部展廳,在此謀求所有造型藝術間的交流,把建筑、設計、手工藝、繪畫、雕刻等都納入全屋定制的銷售體系中,為此展開⼀系列充滿激情的探索,為曼好家體系的推進與構成,在未來奠定了創意無限的基礎。

This project is located in an industrial plant area, which is one of the inconspicuous RC industrial buildings. This design aims to transform and enhance the old industrial factory into a high-end exhibition and learning center through spatial reshaping. It is designed to welcome the best artists, designers, industrial technicians, and craftsmen to participate and interact together. As a collaborative learning field that combines exhibition, sharing, and education, it is necessary to create an efficient working environment and create a comprehensive display of effects.
Positioned as the exhibition hall of the headquarters of MWH Enterprise, we seek communication between all forms of visual arts, including architecture, design, handicrafts, painting, sculpture, etc., and incorporate them into the sales system of whole house customization. To this end, we embark on a series of passionate explorations, laying an infinite foundation for creativity in the promotion and construction of MWH's system in the future.

Break the rigid mode of free thinking and design expectations to create three beautiful situations: a beautiful home, a beautiful life, and a beautiful relationship. To fully understand the corporate brand concept of MWH, the space is planned with three aesthetic concepts: humble posture, transparent space, and simple materials.
The overall renovation design is not confined to any form, style, or dogma, but respects the current reality of existence, such as the process of cultural inheritance. The design is appropriately preserved, following the Bauhaus concept and incorporating innovative ideas. In a flexible and adaptable form, it explores the rhythm of life itself, interacts and integrates with the vitality of the times, and generates new ideas that can make society better. Adhering to the corporate dream, it serves the "new generation" through its whole house customized services.

為將新的面貌融入原有工業區,設計刻意保持既有的建筑開口,但強化縱向和橫向體量變化,建立與周邊環境的空間對話。外觀大片玻璃設計,增加立面采光面積,簡潔的外開窗設計同時能整合多功能。

In order to integrate the new appearance into the original industrial area, the design deliberately maintains the existing building openings, but strengthens the vertical and horizontal volume changes, establishing a spatial dialogue with the surrounding environment. The appearance features a large glass panel design, increasing the facade lighting area. The simple exterior window design also integrates multiple functions.

大門外內凹設計的三角空間,以內退的謙遜、無封閉的通透以及樸素的原狀態,充分傳達企業品牌以及空間設計的理念。
The triangular space with concave design outside the gate fully conveys the concept of corporate brand and space design with a humble retreat, unclosed transparency, and simple original state.
作為展示、共享及教育的共學場域空間,需滿足高效率工作環境以及全方位的展示效果,經反復研究,空間主要以“引”作動線規劃,以提供順暢自如的空間體驗:一樓布局形式采用三角快捷動線,將常見平面的垂直水平動線翻轉45度,使空間在通透vs隱私、奢華vs低調、大器vs溫馨,之間得以切換自如。
As a collaborative learning space for display, sharing, and education, it is necessary to meet the requirements of an efficient working environment and a comprehensive display effect. After repeated research, the space is mainly planned with "leading" as the movement line to provide a smooth and comfortable spatial experience. The layout of the first floor adopts a triangular quick movement line, flipping the vertical and horizontal movement lines of common planes by 45 degrees, allowing the space to switch freely between transparency and privacy, luxury and low-key, and large objects and warmth.
前臺通過原生材料提煉以極簡美學造型表達共學空間。大廳左側設置休息區,靜動皆宜,可用于休息、交流或共同學習。依來訪賓客的屬性巧做動線規劃以適應不同來訪需求。
The front desk expresses the collaborative learning space through minimalist aesthetic design extracted from native materials. A rest area is set up on the left side of the hall, suitable for both static and dynamic activities, and can be used for rest, communication, or shared learning. Cleverly plan the itinerary based on the characteristics of visiting guests to meet different visiting needs.
室內斜角的辦公樓動線帶入不同的視角,各個空間構造都能被靈活運用,讓每一空間皆有獨自造型特色的律動感,演繹嶄新的建筑空間觀念,也成為MWH曼好家企業總部不朽的「建筑宣言」。
The office building's sloping interior brings in different perspectives, and each spatial structure can be flexibly utilized, giving each space a unique and distinctive sense of rhythm, interpreting a new concept of architectural space, and becoming an immortal "architectural manifesto" for MWH's headquarters.

設計從建筑本身開始處理,用謙卑的方式看待建筑在這空間當下的一個存在感。以其最真的那一面做一個空間敘事,留于最多的余想。尊重原本建筑該有的樣子,重新梳理建筑自己的情感和表情表達。建筑白色外墻使用生態環保的無機礦物涂料加自清潔涂層,不做花哨的任何裝飾。白色外墻加深灰色窗戶的設置,讓建筑以簡潔之態表達對空間各種可能性的容納。

Design starts from the building itself, viewing the building's presence in this space in a humble way. Create a spatial narrative based on its most authentic side, leaving the most room for imagination. Respect the original appearance of the building and reorganize its own emotions and expressions. The white exterior walls of the building use eco-friendly inorganic mineral coatings with self-cleaning coatings, without any fancy decorations. The setting of white exterior walls and deepening gray windows allows the building to express its ability to accommodate various possibilities in space in a concise manner.

對于室內空間,設計卸掉建筑外加的所有妝容,呈現其最本質的部分。不過度設計,以最少的處理賦予空間更大的靈活性以及更多的可能性。裸露的結構及各種管道毫無保留地呈現,以真真實實、本本白白的姿態邀請人去真正了解這個空間。裸露部分,可完全裸露,但讓人貼近,或可以是被增長的,就像被玻璃包起來,是一個被增長的范圍。它是一個可以生活,可以往上推舉的一個方式,也是可以恰如其分的跟人貼近的一個內容。
For indoor spaces, design removes all the external makeup of the building and presents its most essential parts. Not over designing, giving space greater flexibility and more possibilities with minimal processing. The exposed structure and various pipelines are presented without reservation, inviting people to truly understand this space with a genuine and authentic attitude. The exposed part can be completely exposed, but it allows people to get close to it, or it can be an expanded area, like being wrapped in glass. It is a way to live, a way to climb up, and a content that can be appropriately close to people.

設計多以包容性極強的白作為空間底色,以不同的家具軟裝配置適應及靈活容納更多的可能性。以有設計感的家具及植物配飾等營造品質感十足的辦公氛圍;絨軟的沙發和茶幾即讓空間成為鼓勵交流的客廳;舒適的床以及暖調配件讓空間成為溫馨的臥室;簡潔一個浴缸,即刻讓空間似乎能瞬間沖洗掉一天的喧囂。
The design often uses highly inclusive white as the spatial base color, and adapts and flexibly accommodates more possibilities with different furniture and soft furnishings configurations. Create a high-quality office atmosphere with well-designed furniture and plant accessories; Soft sofas and coffee tables make the space a living room that encourages communication; Comfortable beds and warm accessories make the space a cozy bedroom; A simple bathtub instantly makes the space seem like it can wash away the hustle and bustle of the day.

The concept of a public area is to create a pure stage where one can stroll gracefully. Divided into three small areas with white as the main color, the interior and exterior are connected through independently shaped spaces, providing a visual texture and material coating. 沉穩、安定的材質材料,由統一的色調及精致的金屬及飾條融入空間,創造奢而不華的韻味。簡約之余依然重視質感?臻g純粹,但以光線、肌理等豐富不同的空間情緒,傳遞單純的美。自然光和室內光線的調和,讓光與影產生室內不同的立體感。
Steady and stable materials, with unified color tones and exquisite metal and decorative strips integrated into the space, create a luxurious yet elegant charm. Despite simplicity, we still value texture. The space is pure, but enriched with different spatial emotions such as light and texture, conveying pure beauty. The harmony between natural light and indoor light creates a different three-dimensional effect of light and shadow in the room.
部分空間選以深色,或為主色調,或為鋪色,或為點綴。色澤沉穩中釋放出雅致的韻味,以另一種形式詮釋空間的沉淀以及包容性,同時寓意企業在厚重積累中容納創新并持續發展。深色調用材如石材傳遞出穩重,木材蘊含著沉淀。跳躍的亮色家具讓空間瞬間充滿生機感。
Some spaces are selected in dark colors, either as the main tone, as a color scheme, or as embellishments. The stable color exudes an elegant charm, interpreting the sedimentation and inclusiveness of space in another form, while implying that the enterprise accommodates innovation and sustainable development in the accumulation of weight. Deep toned materials such as stone convey stability, while wood contains sediment. Jumping bright colored furniture instantly fills the space with a sense of vitality.

Minimalism
Simplify the complexity of design and return to the essence of space. Indoor exposed structures are painted with white paint on the walls, beams, columns, and ceilings, leaving space as "blank" to accommodate the interior. Embedding more details into the final nodes of columns and walls is a way to respect the essence of architecture and express aesthetics. Some spaces may seem complex, but the design logic is unified, expressing the vertical and horizontal sense of the space through seemingly complex design techniques.
設計返璞歸真,“就地取材”。設計將品牌大規模制作的手工編織藤條作為展現品牌精神的象征,以純手工編織的屏風形式將室內空間進行有利分割,不僅增強空間的層次感,同時也毫無突兀地將企業展品作為設計元素融入空間。仿木纖維的細節,呈現出一種自然與工業元素兼容的和諧之美。正面西邊的玻璃幕墻屏風,編織密度更密,略微遮擋西曬的霞光;背面東邊的玻璃幕墻屏風,編織密度更疏,滲入東方的一縷晨光。
Design returns to simplicity, using locally sourced materials. The design uses hand woven rattan strips produced on a large scale by the brand as a symbol of the brand spirit, and divides the interior space into favorable sections in the form of pure hand woven screens. This not only enhances the sense of hierarchy in the space, but also seamlessly integrates corporate exhibits as design elements into the space. The details of imitation wood fibers present a harmonious beauty that is compatible with natural and industrial elements. The glass curtain wall screen on the west side of the front has a denser weaving density, slightly blocking the sunlight from the west; The glass curtain wall screen on the east side of the back has a looser weaving density, allowing a ray of morning light to seep into the east.
整體設計看似極簡,但簡中蘊含著傳承的生命,保留最本真并以創新方式衍生并煥發活力。且簡中藏有各種細節,述說著空間對品質和美學的追求。
The overall design may seem minimalist, but simplicity contains a life of inheritance, preserving the most authentic and creatively deriving and revitalizing it. And the simplicity hides various details, narrating the pursuit of quality and aesthetics in space.

本次項目設計是為下一個世代或下一個不同生活城市的層面去思考一個對于生活的新認知跟觀念。以實驗性質探索空間作為一個生活實驗室的可能性,以一個對于品質追求的向往的空間的實驗室探尋生命背后的律動,以建筑的傳承和創新讓空間遵循最本質的理念并以充滿情感的生命形式與時代共存共進。
大道至簡,簡不是物質的貧乏,而是精神的自在;簡不是生命的空虛,而是情感的單純。以謙遜的姿態、通透的心態,樸素的狀態,歷經萬化之后,回歸萬物之始,傳承中融入創新,繼續譜寫生命之曲。
The design of this project is to think about a new understanding and concept of life for the next generation or different living cities. Exploring the possibility of space as a living laboratory through experimental nature, exploring the rhythm behind life through a space that yearns for quality, and using architectural inheritance and innovation to make space follow the most essential concepts and coexist with the times in an emotional form of life.
The great road is simple, Simplicity is not material poverty, but spiritual freedom; Simplicity is not the emptiness of life, but the purity of emotions. With a humble attitude, a transparent mindset, and a simple state, after experiencing countless transformations, we return to the beginning of all things, integrate innovation into inheritance, and continue to compose the song of life.
